To request a plumber, use the form on the home page. This page is for questions, corrections to our guides, privacy requests and plumbing companies who want to receive requests.
What to write to us about
A wrong price, rule or fact. Tell us the page, the number or rule, and what you saw instead. A link to the statute, the city page or the utility report is the quickest way to get it checked. If you are right, we fix the page and log the correction on the editorial policy page.
A privacy request. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write from the email address or phone number you used on your request so we can find it. To stop us sharing your details, use the Do Not Sell or Share page.
A plumbing company. To receive requests, see the partner page.
A problem with a plumber. We cannot settle it for you, because we are not part of the agreement between you and the company. LARA's Bureau of Construction Codes takes written complaints about licensed plumbers, and the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Team mediates consumer complaints.
