PlumberMatch is a referral service. We pass your request to an independent plumbing company, or to a referral partner acting for one. We are not a plumbing company, we do no plumbing work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company. Any estimate, contract, schedule, permit or warranty is between you and that company, and the plumber sets the price.
We do not license, inspect or insure any plumbing company, and a company's receiving your request is not an endorsement of it. We make no promise that a company will contact you, that one serves your address, that you will be offered a particular price or time, or that the work will be done well or at all. Before you agree to work, check the plumber's license on LARA's public lookup, ask for a written estimate, and confirm who pulls the permit and who carries the insurance.
Guides, cost figures, rules and city pages are general information. Cost figures are estimates for planning, not quotes or offers. Codes, permit rules, fees and prices change and differ from one city to the next, so a page may be out of date or wrong. Nothing here is plumbing, legal, insurance or safety advice. In an emergency, follow the instructions of your gas utility or fire department and call 911.
Give accurate information, and send a request only for a property you own, rent or manage and are allowed to order work on. Do not submit someone else's details without their permission, use the site to harass anyone, try to break or overload it, or collect data from it with automated tools.
If you tick the consent box on the request form, we and the company your request goes to may contact you as the form describes and as our Privacy Policy explains. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
The site links to government, utility and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
The text, design and data compilations on the site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may read the pages, link to them and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy the site in bulk or republish it.
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty about it, and we are not liable for the work, conduct, prices or advice of any plumbing company, for damage to your property, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a dispute with us, write to support@plumbermatchusa.com first and give us a chance to put it right. If we cannot settle it, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts.
